Google Analytics cookies:

__utmz gives us information about where you came from when you landed on our site. For example advertisements, search engines, etc.
__utma gives us information about whether you are an entirely new visitor or if you have visited our web site earlier.
__utmb and __utmc tells us which pages you have visited and how you have navigated. In addition, they tell u show long you have been on our pages. This information is deleted when you leave our pages.

How you delete information capsules /cookies in your browser

Google Chrome:

  1. Click on the wrench on the toolbar of the browser.
  2. Select Tools.
  3. Select Empty log.
  4. In the dialogue box you checkmark the types of information you want to remove.
  5. Use the menu at the top to select the volume of data you want to delete. Select dawn of time to delete everything.
  6. Click Empty log.

Internet Explorer 9.x:

  1. Click on the Tools button (the icon looks like a cog wheel). If you don’t see the menu, press the Alt key on the keyboard to display the menus.
  2. Select Security from the pull-down menu.
  3. Select Delete Browser log.
  4. Remove the checkmark for Save data for web areas in Favourites.
  5. Checkmark for Temporary Internet files.
  6. Click Delete.

Note: Deleting the buffer log can take several minutes.

Internet Explorer 8.x:

  1. Click on the Security menu. If you don’t see the menu, press the Alt key on the keyboard to display the menus.
  2. Select Delete browser log.
  3. Remove the checkmark for Save data for web areas in Favourites.
  4. Checkmark for Temporary Internet files.
  5. Click Delete.

Note: Deleting the buffer log can take several minutes.

Internet Explorer 7.x:

  1. Click on the Tools menu. If you don’t see the menu, press the Alt key on the keyboard to display the menus.
  2. Select Delete browser log.
  3. Click Delete files.
  4. Click on Yes in the confirmation window.
  5. Click on Close.

Note: Deleting the buffer log can take several minutes.

Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Click on the Tools menu.
  2. Select Delete log.
  3. Select Alt in the pull-down menu. Delete the time period.
  4. Checkmark for Buffer.
  5. Click on Delete now.

Safari for Mac OS X:

  1. Click on the Safari menu.
  2. Select Empty buffer.
  3. Click on Empty.

Safari 5.x for Windows:

  1. Click on Settings.
  2. Select Settings in the pull-down menu.
  3. Click on Data protection.
  4. Click on Remove all web site data in the part on Information capsules and other web site data.
  5. Click on Remove now.
  6. Close the Settings dialogue box.

Opera:

  1. In Opera you click on the Tools menu.
  2. Select Delete private data in the pull-down menu.
  3. Click on Details.
  4. Select Empty the entire interim storage and remove the checkmark for any rows you do not want to empty
  5. Click on Delete.
